Will that ever be said of you and me?
Genesis 6:22 Thus did Noah; according to all that God commanded him, so did he. 7:5 And Noah did according unto all that the LORD commanded him. 9 There went in two and two unto Noah into the ark, the male and the female, as God had commanded Noah. 16 And they that went in, went in male and female of all flesh, as God had commanded him: and the LORD shut him in.
Exodus 40:16 Thus did Moses: according to all that the LORD commanded him, so did he.
We tend to believe that we cannot do what God commands. But that is not true. He knows all about our weakness and He knows about His own unlimited power. What He commands us to do isn’t dependent upon our weakness. It is dependent upon His strength.
Matthew 17:20 And Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you.
Luke 1:37 For with God nothing shall be impossible.
1 Corinthians 3:9 For we are labourers together with God: ye are God's husbandry, ye are God's building.
Philippians 2:12 Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling. 13 For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure.
If God had commanded you or me to build an ark 450 feet long, 75 feet wide, 45 feet and three stories high, as He commanded Noah, we could have done it. I wonder what little thing He wants us to do next. Whatever it is He commands us, we CAN do it.
